1. The two-component dispenser equipment should be installed in the environment without dust and corrosive gas (this requirement is different from other equipment, of course, if the conditions are not enough to strive for at least whether there is corrosive gas, after all, the equipment has wires and pipes, which is not corrosion-resistant).
2. The indoor temperature should be controlled at 10-40 ℃ indoor hard air, and the air should be level. (the air levelness mentioned by Xiaobian here must be very smooth or not. At the beginning of the design, our equipment has considered the elements of air complexity, so it has a considerable tolerance for air levelness. It can work normally only if it's not in a large range.)
3. Before the installation of the two-component gluing machine, check whether there is any deformation, damage and fastener looseness caused by transportation and moving. Before that, there was a customer who touched a part of the intelligent control system of the equipment in the process of moving the gluing machine and caused the equipment to fail to operate normally. Our staff came to the site to find out the reason.
4. First of all, we can adjust the levelness of the equipment through adjusting the lifting anchor bolt of the equipment according to the theoretical situation of air flatness until the equipment is level and stable. Then connect the wire according to the drawing and reliably ground, connect the air source to the air source interface provided by the machine, and ensure no air leakage.
5. Fill the oil tank with hydraulic oil to the designated position, 46 × hydraulic oil (about 50L).
6. Turn on the power supply and turn it over to check whether the equipment can operate normally.
II. Operation flow of two-component gluing machine
The operation process of the two-component gluing machine is very simple. The summary of the small edition is divided into two parts: one is the operation of the control system, the other is the installation / replacement of the rubber barrel. The detailed methods are as follows.
① operation method of control system
1. Connect the power supply (380V three-phase four wire) and air source (0.6-0.7mpa).
2. Open the glue supply valve A and B, and close the glue return valve B.
3. Select "power on" on the control panel and check whether glue a and B work normally. At this time, the mixing work of the glue feeder is ready.
4. If it is not used for a long time (more than 15 minutes) or at the end of work, select "gun punching" on the control panel, then open the B glue return valve and close the B glue supply valve. At this time, the gun punching preparation of the glue supply machine is ready.
5. Before each operation, ensure the levelness of the equipment, adjust the levelness of the machine, and adjust the height of the foundation to make the body level.
6. After connecting the power supply, first check whether the rotation direction of each motor is correct, and connect the rubber hose and signal with cl-a-01 dispenser. (Note: the rotation direction of a glue lift gear pump motor must match the rotation direction of gear pump)
② installation / replacement of rubber barrel
1. Select "AB glue pressure plate" on the control panel.
2. Select "a glue rise" again, and then the a glue pressure plate rises.
3. Select "a glue stop" on the control panel when the height is in place.
4. Put the a-rubber barrel under the pressure plate, open the end of the barrel to fix the inner rubber bag, and align the upper mouth of the rubber barrel with the pressure plate (Note: for the new machine or the newly replaced sealing ring, the surface of the sealing ring shall be coated with a-rubber first, so as to play a lubricating role).
5. Open the vent valve on the a-rubber pressure plate, and then select "a rubber drop". At this time, the a-rubber pressure plate will drop. When the equal pressure plate is about to drop to the barrel mouth, stop falling. Check whether the pressure plate can align with the barrel mouth, and adjust the position of the rubber barrel until it is aligned.
6. Let the pressure plate drop intermittently (i.e. a glue drop → a glue stop → a glue drop --). When the pressure plate is pressed into the barrel, it can make the pressure plate drop continuously. At this time, there is air in the exhaust valve to discharge. When a glue is discharged continuously in the exhaust valve without air, the pressure plate stops falling and closes the valve.
7. At this time, barrel a is installed and ready for work. The installation method of rubber barrel B is the same as that of rubber barrel a.
III. precautions for two-component gluing machine
1. After the end of the machine operation on that day, the rubber in the rubber hose shall be flushed out to prevent hardening; if it is not applicable for a long time, pay attention to cleaning the rubber hose and gun with kerosene.
2. For the silicone rubber or polysulfide rubber used in the two-component gluing machine, it is necessary to pay attention to the impurities not to be too high, and the low-quality rubber is easy to block the filtering system of the rubber tube, forming a poor or uneven rubber output.
3. When changing the type of glue, pay special attention to the cleaning of the residual glue in the two-component dispenser. It is better to clean it. Because of different types, the brand glue is easy to reverberate and block the machine.
4. The pressure of the hydraulic station system shall not be adjusted too high. According to the theoretical conditions such as the indoor ambient temperature, adjust it to meet the requirements of the normal dispensing of the glue nozzle and evenly apply the glue. When opening the hydraulic station, the glue gun must be opened, otherwise the pressure of component B pipeline will rise very high, which will constitute a safety accident.
5. The a glue lift pump works continuously for more than 1 minute without stopping the glue supply, which means there is air in the pipeline. At this time, an alarm will be given. It is necessary to turn over the upper pipe joint of the pump and then turn over the a glue lift pump until the glue is discharged. Stop and connect the joint. The glue gun will show an air beep blasting sound, and the air will be discharged completely.
6. Component B of silicone rubber will crust when encountering air, which will affect the normal operation of the pump and the smooth flow of the pipeline. Therefore, all channels of component B rubber shall be closed after pressure relief during shutdown, so that component B shall not contact the air.
7. Do not cut off the gas source during normal operation. If it is found that the gas source is cut off, the operation shall be stopped.
